Highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) antibody conjugated with PhenoVue™ Fluor 568.

PhenoVue fluor 568 secondary antibody conjugates exhibit bright red-orange fluorescence and are validated for use in high-content screening applications.

Part of Revvity’s portfolio of cellular imaging reagents, the PhenoVue Fluor - 568 goat anti-mouse antibody, highly cross-adsorbed, has a maximum excitation wavelength of 578nm and a maximum emission wavelength of 603nm.

PhenoVue Fluor 568 - goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) antibody, highly cross-adsorbed, has been cross-adsorbed against various IgG species such as rat, hamster, human, rabbit bovine, horse, or chicken serum to minimize cross-reactivity with other species.

Specificity and sensitivity are improved and background reduced with PhenoVue Fluor 568 - goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) antibody, highly cross-adsorbed.

It can be used in indirect immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry, as well as high-content analysis and screening applications. ​​
