The serological pipette PS is a high-quality laboratory tool that was specially developed for the precise pipetting and dosing of liquids with a nominal volume of 25 ml. The pipettes are individually packed in a peel pack.

The serological pipette PS has the following dimensions:
• Outside diameter (opening): 4.80 mm (+/- 0.2 mm)
• Inside diameter (opening): 3.00 mm (+/- 0.2 mm)
• Outer Diameter: 14.50mm (+/- 0.2mm)• Length: 345.00mm (+/- 0.2mm)

With these precise dimensions, the serological pipette PS is ideally suited for the precise and reliable pipetting of liquids. The precise dimensional tolerances ensure consistent and accurate liquid sampling, which is particularly important in laboratories to achieve reproducible results.This serological pipette is transparent, which allows for an easy and clear view of the liquid while pipetting. In addition, it is color coded red, which allows quick identification of the pipette size, especially when different volumes are used in the laboratory.

The pipette is made of polystyrene (PS) and has a lint-free filter made of polyethylene (PE). It is biologically inert and physiologically safe, making it suitable for contact with biological samples and medical applications. Furthermore, no heavy metals were used according to the European EC/94/62 directive and the raw material used complies with the EC 1935/2004 regulation regarding food contact. The pipette is free of plasticizers, phthalates or other substances of concern according to the European REACH regulation 1907/2006 and has no cytotoxic or haemolytic effects.

o ensure reliable sterility, the pipettes are sterilized by radiation sterilization with a sterility level of SAL 10-6.
The pipette is free of PCR inhibitors, human DNA, RNase and DNase and pyrogens, allowing for reliable use in sensitive laboratory procedures.

The shelf life of the goods is 60 months with controlled storage.
It is recommended to keep the original packaging in a dry environment with a relative humidity of 40% to 60% at a storage temperature between +10°C and max. +30°C.
